Roger Taylor
A Beautiful World (feat. Ndlovu Youth Choir)
Written by Roger Taylor, the song serves as a reflection on the grandeur of the planet alongside a stark warning regarding environmental destruction and human conflict. Directed in collaboration with eco-designers VIN + OMI, the video showcases a striking contrast between vivid scenes of natural beauty and wildlife, interspersed with intense imagery of destructive forces, conflict, and planetary damage. Includes vocal contributions from South Africa’s Ndlovu Youth Choir, whom Roger Taylor invited to collaborate after hearing their cover of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
Sunny Day
The video for the “Sunny Day” single was recorded in Roger’s house. It lacks a complex concept, featuring Roger standing on a balcony singing in the sun. Icons from his official website fly across the screen along with handwritten lyrics. Strangely enough, the video is not available on The Lot boxset—despite being released on the same day—or anywhere else. Duration: 3:36.
The Unblinking Eye (Everything Is Broken)
Recorded in Roger’s home studio, Priory. Roger plays piano, guitars, and stylophone throughout the video. Released on 23 November 2009 on the official Queen YouTube Channel. Produced by Willis Spencer. Available on The Unblinking Eye (Everything Is Broken) CD single (2010) as an enhanced video and on The Lot Videos DVD. Duration: 6:11.
Live at the Cyberbarn
The official home video remains unreleased on physical formats, but it was released as an online 2014 review on Queen’s official YouTube channel.

Happiness
The video features Roger singing surrounded by Happiness? colored clouds and sculptures. Directed by Rudi Dolezal & Hannes Rossacher. Filmed on 23rd May 1994 in Vienna. Released on The Lot Videos DVD.
Foreign Sand
This video mirrors the artwork of the Foreign Sand single cover, featuring Roger singing, Yoshiki on instruments, and a white dove. Directed by Jeff Richter. Released on The Lot Videos DVD.
Nazis 1994
This music video uses the so-called ‘banned’ version of the song. It was banned in the UK due to strong lyrics and anti-Nazi political subject matter. Roger wrote the song after watching a documentary about Holocaust atrocities and modern neo-Nazi organizations, wanting to issue a strong artistic protest. The intense video features historical clips of Hitler’s speeches mixed with color footage of Roger playing two massive drums. Directed by David Mallet. Released on The Lot Videos DVD.
Strange Frontier
The video opens with underwater diving footage and water sounds before launching into the standard single edit. It features Roger driving a Porsche in the mountains with a companion. One key sequence homage-references the classic race scene from James Dean’s Rebel Without a Cause. An alternate edit known as the ‘Chronics Version’ exists by the same director. Directed by George Bloom. Filmed in Malibu, California in July 1984. Released on the Greenpeace Non-Toxic Video Hits compilation and The Lot Videos DVD.
Man On Fire
The single cover photograph was taken during the video’s promo shoot. It shows Roger performing passionately while a girl stands at the window of a burning house—a scene that led to the video being banned from television broadcast. Directed by Tim Pope. Recorded in May 1984. Released on The Lot Videos DVD.
I Wanna Testify
Features Roger standing with his guitar, singing and playing. Remains unreleased on official home video formats.
